How do I place an order?
By using the "Add to Cart" button, you can place items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. Once, you have added the items you wish to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon on the right hand side of the center bar. This will display all the items you've put in your cart.
Why should I sign up for an account?
In order to place an order, you’ll need to sign up for an Account. This will provide us with the necessary information (except credit card) for you to easily place an order. Benefits to registering include:

I'm a church, do you have special pricing for us?
Yes, churches will receive special pricing for orders placed on goTandem Resources. Pricing is based on the number of copies ordered so you'll need to register your church. Once logged in, the resources and pricing for churches will be available to you. Your information will be passed along to one of our sales reps who can assist you with any questions.
I'm a bookstore, do you have trade pricing for us?
Yes, bookstores can receive trade pricing for orders placed on goTandem Resources. You're information will also be sent to one of our sales reps for approval. Once your account as been approved, you can log in and see the resources and pricing available to you. Your sales rep can assist you with any questions.
What Shipping Options are available?
- Standard Shipping (USPS Retail Media Mail): Delivery time is 7-10 days using the US Postal Service.
- UPS Ground: Delivery time is 3-5 business days from when order ships.You’ll receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation so you know when your package will be delivered.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery time is 2 business days from when order ships.You’ll receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation so you know when your package will be delivered.
What type of payments do you accept?
Placing on order online requires a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
How do I contact you with a question about my order?
The best way to reach us is by email. Our customer service staff will respond to your emails within 24 hours Monday-Friday and the following Monday for emails sent after 5pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
